Founded in 2019 by Annaloucah, a visionary jewellery designer and maker. Her aim was to share her passion for traditional goldsmithing techniques with those seeking to add an extra personal touch to their wedding celebrations. And what could be more personal, and hold more meaning than the rings themselves?

Our Story
Make Your Own Wedding Rings was born out of a conversation between Anna and some of her closest friends, who happened to be planning their wedding at the time. Ring shopping wasn't exciting them and they wanted to do something completely unique and fun in the midst of making plans and booking wedding vendors. After helping these friends make their rings, Anna saw the potential to open her studio to more couples and offer them the experience of creating their own rings together in a relaxed and supportive environment.
With a combined experience of almost 40 years in the jewellery industry and a passion for teaching, you will be safe in the hands of our team, Anna, Rebecca and Emma.

Anna Loucah

"To me jewellery is about tradition and ritual. The tradition stems from thousands of years of adornment, symbolism and sentiment while the ritual begins every time a piece is chosen to be worn. This is a relationship so individual that despite being age old it continues to remain unique."
With over two decades experience of running a multi award-winning fine jewellery business Anna's creative passion is what defines her work as a goldsmith.

Rebecca Maddock
Goldsmith
"For me, jewellery was made to hold meaning beyond style and fashion. As such, working with individuals on bespoke commissions, such as wedding and engagement rings, is one of my favourite things because of their long lasting significance."
Working in the jewellery industry for close to ten years, award winning designer maker Rebecca has built up a vast knowledge of jewellery design and production as well as photography, marketing and e-commerce within both small sustainable brands and larger heritage businesses.
Emma Perry

“Jewellery has always been about so much more than the object itself. I love the making, the beauty and craftsmanship, but most of all, the meaning we attach to it. Jewellery marks the milestones in our lives; celebrates the people we love and carrying stories from one generation to the next.”
Emma has worked within the jewellery industry for over ten years, providing wide ranging creative support for jewellers and sustainable gemstone businesses. She combines these roles with her love at being at the jewellers’ bench, creating unique and beautiful pieces for private clients.
